Access e-Accounting Virtual Desktop Services

Welcome to the e-Accounting Total Solutions Program. This document will demonstrate the ease with which you will be able to establish a connection to your hosted application account.  The procedure involves just a few simple steps: 

Step 1 - Make sure you have an active connection to the Internet (AOL users must minimize AOL and open Internet Explorer in a separate window)

Step 2 - Using Internet Explorer, in the address bar type: www.cpaasp.com

Step 3 - Click the button marked "support"

Step 4 - In the middle of the screen click "instructions"

Step 5 - The next screen will show 6 icons, pick the lower middle icon that says "Citrix Client Download"

Step 6 - The next screen will show Citrix ICA Client Install, click on the line "windows 32-bit:"

Step 7 - The next screen will show Citrix ICA Client for 32-bit windows, scroll to the button and select "download web client"

Step 8 - When prompted run and install Citrix web client software (Look for queue in the message center) This is one-time software set up procedure. See http://help.cpaasp.com/ for download and installation instructions.

Step 9 - After you have installed the software, using your Internet Explorer, in the address bar type: www.cpaasp.com

Step 10 - Click the button marked "login"

Step 11 - Create a desktop short cut by selecting from the file menu send to desktop.

Step 12 - Login using your username and password provided in the email

Step 13 - Change your password

Step 14 - Select DME desktop. This will open your desktop with the applications you have requested.

Printing: As long as you are using a Citrix approved printer, and it is installed on your local PC with its factory default name, the printer should auto create when you log in. For example, the factory name "HP LaserJet 4" will work while the custom name "Jane's workstation laser jet 4 series printer" will not be recognized by the system. If you are unable to print, please email support@insynq.com.

Log Off: When you are ready to end your session.
